Sarah E. Mancinelli
Principal
Sarah Mancinelli is a Principal at Ain & Bank. Sarah focuses her practice on all aspects of family law including divorce, equitable distribution of assets, spousal and child support determinations and modifications, and child custody and visitation matters. Sarah also helps clients negotiate, draft, and enforce prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. In addition to legal analysis, Sarah routinely works with financial and valuation experts and mental health professionals to assist her in obtaining favorable resolution of clients’ divorce and custody matters.
Sarah is a skilled and effective litigator and advocate for her clients in the courtroom. Additionally, she is uniquely talented in understanding what matters require litigation and what matters are best suited for a negotiated settlement. Sarah prides herself in the candid and realistic advice she offers her clients and believes that is the foundation of the trust her clients have in her counsel.
Sarah practices in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a nationwide group of family law practitioners who have demonstrated the highest standards of matrimonial practice.
Sarah received her BA in Political Science from Indiana University and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. Sarah is also the recipient of the Harry S. Truman Scholarship.
