Nicole Gilkeson Stuntz

Nicole Gilkeson Stuntz has practiced family law exclusively for more than a decade. She has extensive experience both litigating and negotiating favorable outcomes for her clients in a wide-range of family law matters. With a background in mathematics, Nicole is especially adept at handling complex financial cases, such as those involving business interests, high-net-worth asset division, and intricate income and support issues. She is known as a fierce advocate for her clients, as well as a practical negotiator who seeks pragmatic solutions to difficult problems.

Nicole obtained her law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., cum laude) in 2007. She graduated from Washington and Lee University (B.S., magna cum laude) in 2002 with a degree in Mathematics.

Nicole began her family law career with Ain & Bank in 2012. She rejoined Ain & Bank in 2024, after several years at a leading family law firm in California. Prior to focusing her career on family law, Nicole was a litigator at Covington & Burling, LLP, a prominent national law firm, where she gained substantial experience representing businesses and individuals in high-stakes domestic and international litigation.

Nicole attended the Houston Family Law Trial Institute in 2013. In law school, Nicole represented domestic violence survivors through the Domestic Violence Clinic.

Nicole is admitted to practice law in Maryland, Virginia, New York, California, and Washington, DC.
